Week 7 is finally in!

If it wasn't for my sisters and mom I would have nothing to post. I didn't get any crafting done at all this week. No paper cut, no needles picked up.. nothing. It was just that kind of week.
For a while I didn't think I would even get to post. Yesterday my oldest grandson thought he was a computer programmer or something. He and a friend downloaded a couple of games and lord knows what on this laptop. Yep MY laptop the one he as been told time and time again not to mess with. And then LIE about touching it. Anyway, today I turned it on to find I had nothing, it was completely Jacked up.  I spent one hour reminding him just how lucky he was to be alive, and how he was going to earn my trust back. The last 3 hours I spent getting the laptop back to normal.
All I can say is he is a lucky boy.

Enough of my ranting.. On to the crafts.

Terri made close fitting exercise pants (Yoga Pants).
She really challenged herself with this project. Having never made this type of garment before.

They are made using a performance knit fabric. She said she held her breath most of the time while sewing. The pants were more work than she had anticipated, and will take practice to get good at it.
She is a perfectionist, you know.  I think they look great, and would proudly wear them. In fact I would live in those .... I need 5 pair.
Can you get the fabric in pretty colors?

Mom is busy crocheting slippers, her goal is to make a different pair for everyday of the week. Then a pair for each of her daughters... we are so lucky to have a mom like her!

I love the green toppers on this pair.

Vikki made this weeks project using DMC Cebelia #799 medium blue.
and it is lovely as usual.
This one however is not for sale!
She has plenty others listed in her Esty shop.

Again GOOD JOB GIRLS!
           HUGS to you all!

Remember:
This challenge: One craft a week for One year requires asks family members to do one creative thing a week just send me a picture and I will post it here. This is to be fun, and a way for us to stay connected.
Don't be shy, show us what you've been up to!

These are beautiful and impressive crafts that you people have been doing. I really liked the idea of making the slippers, different for everyday. The crochet table topper is also beautifully done.
